农民工有了专属工资卡 Jan 11th 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 　　为杜绝拖欠农民工工资行为，保障农民工合法权益，广西壮族自治区开发了全区性劳务实名制系统——广西建筑农民工实名制平台。企业须将农民工实名制信息录入平台，使用与平台联网的考勤设备，并为农民工办理专属工资卡"桂建通"，实行银行代发工资，实现农民工工资发放实时监管。 　　图为1月10日，在柳州市柳东新区中建三局一建设工地，农民工在展示刚刚办理好的专属工资卡。 　　新华社记者  周  华摄
