黄孟复认为，加方行为严重侵犯人权 Dec 11th 2018, 23:15, by www.qq.com 针对近日发生的加方以应美方要求为由拘押华为公司负责人一事，十一届全国政协副主席、中国人权发展基金会理事长黄孟复在纪念《世界人权宣言》发表70周年座谈会上表示，虽然《世界人权宣言》已经发表70周年，但是我们还看到有的国家用国内法要求其他国家拘留逮捕第三国公民的现象，这严重违反人权。
